Business Hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5 pm. Emails will be answered thruout the day and night.
Processing Your Order: Once you place the order and pay, please email me the info that you want on the invites to [email protected]. Please provide the following info with most orders.
Persons Name and Age
Date and Time of Party
Location of Party
RSVP Info
Any additional Info you want on the invite.
YOU WILL RECEIVE A PROOF that MUST BE APPROVED before we will ship the invites. Be sure to provide a current working email address.
Shipping Information:
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days unless I need more information regarding your order, in which case I will email you so please be sure to provide a current working e-mail address.
First Class mail can then take 2-5 business days and priority mail can take 2-3 business days. It is best to order enough time ahead so your item will arrive in time for your party.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
No returns accepted for personalized items. Once you approve the proof, they are printed!! However, if there was a typo or mistake that you asked us to correct and we did not, we will gladly send another of the item out right away. If the typo or mistake was on your part, then you would need to purchase another set.
